The use of @ in ways vuejs?

When I specify the path to the file, for example to the picture, I can use the dog as a link to the src directory. For example
<img src="@/assets/logo.svg">
Or
import the Footer from '@/components/Footer'
But to use such a dog in the style for some reason can not. Maybe there's some option?
I have such project structure:
-src
--assets
---images
--components
---head_elements
---footer_elements
---...
And styles inside these components are obtained by the way of the view
.element {
 background: url('../../assets/images/logo.jpg');
}

Very uncomfortable and not flexible. How can I fix it?

Solution
.element {
 background: url('~@/assets/images/logo.jpg');
}
