Solution
Javascript is an implementation of ECMA-262. If you need it "officially ended" - you do it here.
Please note, this is the ninth edition, which was released in July. Next year will probably be a new edition. Well, in this STANDARD you will not find any new eksperimentalnih pieces. Experimental stuff is usually described in the drafts.

BOM and DOM is not really part of javascript, is a browser API.

In 99% of cases you want to focus on the MDN, everything is well structured and supported in a rather date.
Thank you for such a detailed and clear answer! - Robert.Hartmann commented on March 12th 20 at 08:14
