It looks like we have the following.

Suppose we have a time series where the time scale delayed values [10 20 30 40 50].

I.e., polnotsvetnye graph, where from the top 10, you can get 20, 30, 40, 50 in each node for one transition along the arc, each pair of vertices is connected by an arc. Similarly for the vertices of 20, 30, 40 and 50.

Plus, each arc will be assigned any weight value.
