How to convert a time series in a multigraph?

Recently I read an article on habré
https://habr.com/sandbox/20265/
The question arose how to represent time series in the form of a multigraph
The author of course did not bother to give practical examples
Anyone can be on your toes to explain how to do it?

Solution
It looks like we have the following.

Suppose we have a time series where the time scale delayed values [10 20 30 40 50].

To represent the time series in the form of a multigraph where each point in the time series, you can go to each set of specific gains.

I.e., polnotsvetnye graph, where from the top 10, you can get 20, 30, 40, 50 in each node for one transition along the arc, each pair of vertices is connected by an arc. Similarly for the vertices of 20, 30, 40 and 50.

Plus, each arc will be assigned any weight value.
