There is a choice of what to use hybrid or native apps?

We have the task to develop a client mobile application for Android, IPhone. The budget is very minimal and timing too. This testing of ideas.
That will be cheaper if you use a freelancer to write a hybrid(ie type of browser) or native app with such features of the application:
display a number on the telephone keypad ( the button to call open native set and there is already entered the room)
to get the geo coordinates client
send a push notification
share a link to an application (up again I SMS, email...)
well, a number of standard components, buttons, data entry, map viewing points.

Question response on a screen that would feel as a native application..

Generally inclined with a small budget to hybrid. In fact the shell to access the operating system transmits geo for example, but the web site is already running as the main program.

By the way, how to call these hybrid applications?
And what to choose with this functionality?

hybrid application in 99.99% of cases cheaper native.
And only for some types of tasks, it has a noticeable lag in performance.
To test the idea the most, especially if you have a web version of the plans then well-written site engine, a hybrid application is a couple of days of work.
