Why slow RDP connection under Windows (under linux does not slow down)?

There is a local network. It all working on Windows 7, but there is one necessary program that works only under Windows XP (via compatibility mode doesn't work either). Was raised a virtual machine with XP, a User goes via RDP, and works there with this program. From Debian, and when I go there through a program remmina, everything is fine, everything flies. But those who are trying to go in from Windows, I can even be seen as a rendered context menu. Why is this happening?

Different display settings.
Documentation for windows:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/re...
will put them in compliance with remina.
