Why Google and Yandex do not see the links?

About a month and a half ago a fairly popular site in the footer(from all pages) posted a link on my website. Here's a site that posted links https://goo.gl/wJLN2Y

Here is the link https://pp.userapi.com/c850624/v850624697/1d979/As...

Yandex webmaster shows the link from the site, but only one, with some deep, deep page.

In Google console at all.

It happens through links-pictures. Interesting that the link is not closed from indexation, but nevertheless it is not in Google webmaster. The first option is to wait. The second option - for some reason Google does not want to show the webmaster and will not show. In any case, the reasons for the unrest no, as a through image links from the footer are not displayed in the webmasters.
Looked at the link code. It looks like this.

Could badly impact the fact that the reference indicated by the text inside the picture. And the text is not visible. - jayce.Heaney23 commented on March 12th 20 at 08:46

check the UserAgent of Google or Yandex and see if there is any nofollow or noindex from links diva or class.

Maybe the problem is Itne which must be included when using this browser...?
