How to run a script every 10 minutes without a user?

There is a PHP script, it adds the data to the database. It is located on the host now, as to do so would run every 10 minutes without refreshing the pages and user interaction. Ie, the server chased it.

If the script does only record in the database, it is much better to use the scheduler already sewn in mysql.
