Why in some programs CTRL + C instead of COMMAND + C in Mac OS?

Hello everyone On the Mac was faced with the problem .. basically copying it worked using Command + c, but in some programs it is just ctrl + c. For example take IDE PHPStrom.

Who knows how to make normal up in the storm ? Thanks in advance.

Apparently You have a non-standard keyboard layout. All layouts for macOS (this is the Default layout that features the name of the OS) contain ⌘+C as the combination for komponovanie in the buffer. You can change the layout in Preferences | Keymap. Alternatively, you can find a Copy action and change the key combination for him only (see screenshot).
