How to connect the switch to another switch?

You must connect to the line sip-phone and computer.
There is a line connected to the switch Dlink DES-1024A. Stretching a second line for repair will not work.
Plan to connect through a D-link switch DGS-1005A.
Do I need to configure switches? How correct is this approach?

It depends on just what is behind the Dlink DES-1024A, and how to construct Your network.
Generally, Your switch configuration not be: they are unmanageable.

1. Your devices receive an ip address via DHCP, and
2. For Dlink DES-1024A is Your router, those ip addresses to anyone wanting outstanding, and
3. On Your router configured NAT policies and access "Ip address issued by DHCP, to put anywhere"

The problems with cascading switching "sip phone + computer" -> D-link DGS-1005A -> Dlink DES-1024A should not be.

Failure to follow any of these three conditions will require something to do with his hands.
