And you fall 1S?

So a little research:
Starting today are completely different platforms, different konfiguracii 1C is no longer open.
immediately after starting the program crash, I have, like so:
The name of the failing application: 1cv8c.exe version: 8.3.10.2561, time stamp: 0x5983aaba
The name of the failing module: core83.dll version: 8.3.10.2561, timestamp 0x5983a625
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Offset error: 0x00009592

method of curiosity, and process explorer found out that the fall causes the presence of at least one certificate in the store "personal" in the system.
When we do that - everything works, return at least one any - all falls down.

in addition, the clock on the computer "yesterday," also miraculously solves the problem.

different platforms have broken, have purchased. call the local support - there shrugged and said that I already the 20th caller today with the same treatment.

coincidence? I don't think )

This is due to the element in Internet Explorer that checks the local certificates, and proceeded to return the value that older versions of the platform didn't expect to see, and therefore fall.
Workaround:
1.The date on the computer to put on yesterday.
2. Open the program - Administration - performance to remove the checkbox:
Show start page
Automatically update the task list
Show news 1S
To close the program.
The return date on your computer. Re-open
Solution:
To upgrade the technical platform
A couple of remarks. The first paragraph is my hypothesis on the partner forum, not the official response of the developer platform. The instructions are written for the accounting Department and in other configurations (especially in industry or even bespoke) drop can be not only in the initial window and in the list of news. - Modesto28 commented on June 7th 19 at 15:04

Fall version of the framework below 8.3.10.2667 - Modesto28 commented on June 7th 19 at 15:06
1C:Enterprise 8.2 (8.2.19.80) - not falling. - Modesto28 commented on June 7th 19 at 15:09
I just broadcast the information from the partnership forum, to which many do not have access. Falls not all and not always. Associated with specific configurations. Official message from the developers of the platform have not yet seen. - Brenden_Terry commented on June 7th 19 at 15:12
