How to force the browser to refresh the js and css on the website Lararel after their update on production server?

Good afternoon. In webpack is possible to specify the version of the compiled css and js files (Laravel5) and on the local server everything works great. But when download the project files on the server updating the css and js files only happens after you reset the browser history (Ctrl+F5). Tell me how to solve this problem?

Solution
You are all well, it's just a cache.
For a very simple deployment (say stupid git pull), use something like this.
Modify to fit your needs this script by itself.
Well, of course during deployment you need to forcibly clear all caches, then the changes will be visible.

In the place where css/js is included in the print template version of the application after .css?v={{ config('app.version') }}
