Web surfing anonymously using proxy options?

Hi!
Situation: the administrator has closed access to the site, made a user lock and turn off publishing in the top ribbon of the forum. Is it possible to work around this limitation is to go to the site no visible for admin, provider of the cookies and leaving no trace? Through proxies, the tor network, other options?
Thank you all!

What the admin of the forum or your network? If your account is blocked on the forum, then no proxy will not help.
Alex R in General this is not a forum. This site is a frame structure and answers. Similar to the forum of the company, its ratings and discussion. Admin has blocked access to some features. They need to get around. Really using the proxy? - kenneth_Roberts commented on June 7th 19 at 15:46
have to register new ACC. A typical proxy would be enough to not burn the old SP and get banned for multiacc - arnold_Stehr42 commented on June 7th 19 at 15:49

No problem, register another user on another computer and go.

It's way out. But you need your PC. Maybe the option to connect via mobile network? Maybe the admin made a request to the provider. On the website the blocked account, the name of the anonymous user is moderated and messages are caught, they do not appear in the so-called tape. - kenneth_Roberts commented on June 7th 19 at 15:48

Maybe. It all depends on how the site identificeret users. Get another uchetku, because if account banned on the forum do not care where and how You enter - ban checked it and named accounts - arnold_Stehr42 commented on June 7th 19 at 15:53

I want to replace ip address? The extension ZenMate for Chrome the easiest way.
But if the admin has restricted functionality on the site, your user ip spoof will not help here.
Create a new user, and you will have happiness.
