Git banned access to the file. What to do?

I had the last commit in the master branch about a month ago.
Within a month, I have changed the file in different ways, but today I decided that all these changes I don't need and I wanted to go back to the last commit.
Used git checkout -- filename
After that in console it was written that access the file no. Further, through the conductor tried to open the file but did not work - no rights. Even can't copy this file.
To use this command, quietly worked.

A user with administrator rights can restore the permissions on the file.
