Lightweight page for Pagespeed?

Guys, as in php or js, you can do so that google pagespeed saw another light page?

The fact that // the content Google will not see and will not consider the download speed of the content
<?php if (!isset($_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT']) || stripos($_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT'], 'Chrome-Lighthouse') === false): ?>
 // the content
<?php endif; ?>

Although it works well.
But I need the opposite: to show a different page for pagespeed - rusty_Muller commented on March 19th 20 at 08:32
Or display unit for pagespeed individual
