Is there a browser extension to circumvent the blocking, without any registration and free period?

The once was bad, you can't half open sites, documentation React salochana, website Web Pack too. Thought to put some kind of extension for chrome to get around it all, but not so simple that do not put any registration requested, then paid, then free, but for a certain period.

Not very convenient that the documentation open Web Pack is to open a separate window tor Browser.
Who than uses?

Not quite on topic, but has a utility goodbyedpi.
In General, the major providers have to work.
If you start something it is the best solution because the Internet speed is reduced to 0%.

As an option to use tor browser or Opera, it has its own VPN
