How to fix the path to the svg file?

On the web server 9 and Debian Apache. Filled the site to the root host and svg icons are not displayed. In Firefox in F12 I see the error "file not found". And files all over the place are. Icons are inserted like so
<img src="icons/company_badge/company_phone.svg">
And the rest of the images are loaded fine, the only problem with svg.
Interestingly, if you load the website in the DocumentRoot and not in a subfolder for example mysite.ru/test/, then everything works fine.
Because of what such a bug might be?

alas did not help, and interestingly this host lay before the website on larval svg and it worked fine.
Now I threw in there static index.html c images and svg are not working.
