Why loses connection windows server 2016 and centos 7?

Hello. The problem is the following.
There are two servers:
1. ws 2016
2. centos 7
Randomly lost connection between them. Treated ping host-t. After some time thus the connection is restored. Probably still treated enable / disable the network card, but have not tried. Many users working in the terminal.
The network is still a lot of users who have accessibility problems are not observed. Lost between these communication servers.
Are on the same network. Connected to the same switch.

Tell me, what could be wrong? Where to dig?

At the time of loss of connection view lists the Mac addresses in the cache on both hosts and compare it with the actual MAC addresses on the hosts. To see whether the caches suddenly some left-Mac binding to IP for these hosts.
Thanks for the reply. In General, the problem was solved in the following way. win server receive the address on dhcp reserved for the Mac. for server on centos, I did the same and the problem went away. - Antonia.Johnston31 commented on March 19th 20 at 08:29
