What CPU will be enough for a home server?

Got here up with the idea to assemble a home server for the following tasks:
1. Filipovica
2. Nextcloud
3. Logitech Media Server for music
4. Host to site, with virtually no attendance
5. Samba to view the 1080 rips on the Android box
All of this will spin in the Debian
At the same time, budget is very very limited, because in fact that is for to play
In the presence of a charge on the J1800 and mother with a pentium g2020.
Now you need to determine the body and ohladom as per the priority maximum quiet and minimum temperature.
The question is whether I will be disadvantaged in performance using j1800 instead of hemp? (it is a priority, because more compact bessonie, nutrition is also more comfortable)

I have used atom D2700 for these purposes, apart from Logitech Media Server.
Quite pleased with the result. J1800 significantly smarter than him.

As for quietness, I bought the Chinese (EGlobal) fanless mini-block.
It is of course fine, I would probably have done the same thing if I didn't have 2 already almost ready-made options from which to choose. And in terms of prices, I think I budget to throw operatives for 20-30$ to what is available, rather than buying the finished car for 100+ bucks, and even without the ability to install a 3.5 Sata - Angelo.Jones commented on March 19th 20 at 08:32
