Powershell+Selenium+Chrome run extensions?

As when using Powershell+Selenium+Chrome to run browser extensions that are already installed?
I found a similar article on python, but I have in powershell and methods, there are none.

Someone to complete?
Code:

(New-Object -COM 'Shell.Application').Windows() | Where-Object {
$_.Name-like '*Internet Explorer*'
} | ForEach-Object {
$_.Quit()
}

There is a softer version where IE closes correctly, without any coercion:

(New-Object -COM 'Shell.Application').Windows() | Where-Object {
$_.Name-like '*Internet Explorer*'
} | ForEach-Object {
$_.Quit()
[Runtime.Interopservices.Marshal]::ReleaseComObject($_)
}

[GC]::Collect()
[GC]::WaitForPendingFinalizers()
