How to restrict the values of the input mask in a field of the bootstrap calendar?

Hello!
There is a calendar with a datapicker library under bootstrap 4.. Now I want to configure also the convenience of manual input.

Interested in:
1) how to make placeholder was dd/mm/yyyyand not 01/01/1970. He now is correct, not correct after a page refresh - I don't know what it depends on.
2) Added the mask jquery.maskedinput, but it does not restrict the number of input - how to prevent user to enter a date greater than the maximum for the day (31), month (12), year (2099) ?

UPD: defaultDate: new Date(0) I need to change the default output range of the century 1900-1990, not 2000-2090

Code:
March 19th 20 at 08:30

1. Get defaultDate: new Date(0)
2. Even if introduced in the field 32/10/2019, then when focus is lost, this field becomes the default
@Malachi_Miller
1. defaultDate: new Date(0) I need to change the default output range of the century 1900-1990, not 2000-2090
2. not quite - I will not respond to such date
