How to optimize Celery+Redis?

In the project (in Django) Celery is used to generate reports, send messages, periodic tasks, etc. On a periodic tasks spelled out their task_routes on shared/task on your own. However, in production we are faced with the problem that watered is a large number of small tasks for which high latency are other.

How best to organize the place, to configure Celery/Redis or something else you can do below tasks were performed with fewer delays?

You need under priority separate queue(queue), and everything else is handled separately. So small will not block important
