How to wire up a thunderbird?

Friends, the question is, on the PC you need locally to kill the entire Internet(just locally, turn hell or Mikrotik impossible)

The first thing that came to mind to prescribe 127.0.0.1 DNS and using hosts to add desired IPS. Added smtp, imap yandeksovsky too, but the catch is that Thunderbird connects first somehow. You need to understand the IPS or where it connects to software they could use. Any ideas? In advance thank you very much!)

Solution
the task is not to kill the network completely, then the vehicle he probably would have guessed....
can the default gateway - localhost or non-existent, and the route to the network handles?

To erase the default gateway. The LAN will work, and all that is beyond it - he just would have nowhere to go. Or put left of the gateway.
