How to fix the slipping?

Hello!

Please tell me how to correct this code

There are 4 points between them holds js svg line..but the coordinates of the line are calculated from the top of the browser, and adding the tag
<br / >
line goes to the bottom..

In General I can't this line to build a section on the website, as the line significantly away from the points
