How to use third-party "terms of use of Sites"?

Is there a website that deals with job search (like hh, not hh). I'm doing some research and planning to gather information about the dynamics of vacancies of certain companies. Let's say it will be a Carriage works and a café Daisy. Ie I want to soar the number of jobs these companies and all that, but with no details (they're not needed). Then, the collected data to post publicly and dynamics of some companies to sell.

Climb to the rules of the site, namely the "terms of use of Sites", read them and don't see any ban on the commercial component. And all those prohibitions which are - very vague and they may be treated differently.

Thus, at the moment, I can just take and to do. Question: how to protect yourself, not to come to me with questions? Can assure as someone or something else to do?

I wrote a letter to the company, but they did seem for the first time, so I reasoned not answered.

Questions to you can come anyway. Just because I have a right to come.
