Solution
Easier to upload files to S3-compatible hosting, at least in Russia or abroad. Storing 1 GB worth of pennies. The distribution files can be done from the same place, putting the permission to read publicly. This easily scalable solution. You can still get cheap hosting with affordable plan rates for traffic and use the server program Minio to serve requests S3.
