A thermocouple with an accuracy of +-0.5°?

I need to get the change module temperature from a thermocouple with an uncertainty of less than +-0.5° and between 0° and 200°. Please advise the thermocouple with suitable characteristics

That kind of accuracy out of the box does not get, if only to calibrate the device for a specific thermocouple. If to calibrate, then almost any will fit, from those that hold the range. You can even on the wiki to choose.

If need high precision, it is better to take a thermistor, they have up to 0.01°C

I advise you to take a thermistor pt1000. corresponding precision is out of the box. and is guaranteed to maintain accuracy for a long time.
