How to make laptop under Win 7 and iPhone with iOS 12 to each other via Wi-Fi router saw at the addresses 192.168.x.x?

I have a new laptop running Windows 7 and iPhone with iOS 12 are both connected to Wi-Fi router and access the Internet fine.

What is the easiest way to make that they each other saw (or router) to the addresses of the type 192.168.x.x ?

I need it to React to Native traffic is not to drive through a remote Expo site.

Thank you.

And so they see each other at the addresses 192.168.x.x

Download Net Analyzer for iPhone and check for yourself.

Maybe you mean that you web server is the computer not able to configure with local network site to be seen?
