How to change font color in Windows 10?

A couple of months ago with the installation of the desired utility in the downloaded package virusni. The antivirus has time to react, but as it turned out, not all actions are managed to prevent. After a full cleaning and inspection FS in several different antiviruses and a bunch of antivirus tools, we decided not to do recovery because the OS was working correctly and without brakes.

Just a couple of weeks ago found that some sockets of the Windows and windows, on a white background, a white font, and lettering can be seen with great difficulty. (Originally it was thought that all was lost fonts or lettering, but when you rotate the monitor, and after playing with the color settings I saw that all over the place)

Backup to do not an option since much time has passed.
Restore the OS with the save file to use would not want.

sfc scan finds nothing
in the personalization settings have berecovered all that is possible - there is no result.
Maybe someone knows, is there any config file with standard system fonts and colors which you can restore ? Well or any alternative solutions to this problem)
