How to disable all access to WordPress leaving only the REST API?

There is a mobile application that uses WordPress as the Back-End.
Is it possible to isolate the website from all but the Front-End?

The first thing that comes to mind is to create topic with empty index.php and the plugin log on to the console to move with the standard wp-admin/login to some secret. In this case, when entering the website the user will get void. You can still confuse for the users non-admins to put up a redirect.
