Which configuration to collect the budgetary server on a socket 2011-3 for 10 people for 1C?

Good day!
Please help me with configuration of a simple server for 2011 or 2011-3 socket.
The biggest problem is not assumed body to fit and not rattle and it was not expensive.
The server is up to 90 000 rubles;
16 GB DDR4;
RAID controller required (there is also the question of which is better integrated or discrete) will be array 1 to start in the future 10;
Intel xeon processor;
Preferably with hot swap sled for, but it is not required.
The stability of the recording on the hdd.

If it will be useful, network architecture the "Star" at the beginning of the plan to include 6 managers working with customers (make the information in text form and add information with a picture 800x600 png) 2 head (the collection of individual text information on partners) and 2 goods (engaged in the formation of the product card also with a picture 800x600 png).

RAID controller required (there is also the question of which is better integrated or discrete)
are you down with the word "necessarily". Only one decent controller can cost more than your 90 000 p. A "indecent", for a penny - this sort of thing spielcasino for the headache of the administrator. Under such budgets forget all about the RAID controller. Software RAID is fine without all the disadvantages of iron. Another thing is that you (in your previous questions) there is hardly any experience with any RAID, so I'm a little afraid for you.

For 1C server are well suited desktop processors, but xeon want your business... they brake under 1C... meaning xeon'and to cram into a server car and a small truck memory, but with 16..32 GB - that there is simply no sense, and Yes, 16GB for 10 people should be enough.
Why Troll? Share the configuration of the reasons, of course if you can. Personally, I write these requirements are "necessary" only because of the fact that the number of users is likely to grow, so the server will be subject to upgrade, so I don't want to fundamentally change the iron, and to change the PERC, add a couple of blocks of memory, etc. - Maia_V commented on March 19th 20 at 08:53
Plus the answerer.

We have 1C is servak grandfather's generation, which employs about 50 people and it works.
Do not invent a Bicycle with RAID controllers, sinami and other antics - not 150 people for him to hang want.
As for me, under your tasks "desktop configuration" i7/16-32GB ддр4/2х2тб enough for the eyes and a check inscribe. - ransom.Botsford commented on March 19th 20 at 08:56
@Maia_V,
two servers under 1S, which I had collected in two organizations, in different years, both working on today.

1. gathered at the end of 2015, price at the time of Assembly 35100 R, upgrade in the summer of 2018 (+8Gb RAM, new SSD) in the amount of 12600 p, work in 1C 25..30 people - sellers in several stores, accounting, managers.

AMD A8-7670K 3.6 GHz
GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XM-D3H
Kingston DDR3 2x8Gb 1866MHz DIMM, upgrade to 3x8Gb
HDD SATA 500Gb
SSD Intel 120Gb SATA, upgrade to the Samsung 250Gb 850 EVO
450W ATX

RAID is not used, each night a backup of all databases on a separate file server.
1C on a virtual machine, "three in one" - one dev and SQL and the 1S-server, and 1C are clients for RDP (I think, 1S-Niki call it the "simple scheme", if I'm not mistaken). On the SSD only disk images of the path (1C loves SSD).

2. gathered in April 2017, price at the time of Assembly 91860 R., work in 1C ~30 people, sales managers, accountants, heads + replication with four remote servers 1C.

Intel i7-7700 3.6 GHz
GIGABYTE GA-B250M-D3H (no, I'm not a fan of this company, just a coincidence)
Foxline 4x16Gb 2133MHz DDR4 (actually used only half of this memory, in principle, could well spare)
Here lyrical digression. When collecting this server, our 1S-nick began to argue that he doesn't really trust the reliability of SSDS. "Fuck you," thought I, began to organize the discussion, and ordered the discs which caused it is a really expensive HDD SATA, though, but enterprise-level.
Gold 4x1Tb WD HDD.
500W ATX

Here, too, on a UNIX host, one virtual reality and 1C, on the other virtualke AD DC. Of the four discs collected two separate mirrors (mdadm - software RAID under Linux, under Windows you can also do your own version of software RAID, like too works well). - Janet.Skiles commented on March 19th 20 at 08:59
@Maia_V, yeah, I almost forgot :)
The biggest problem is not assumed body
- for the second server housing took IN WIN EC030 (option EC030BL the same thing without a power supply), and for the first some crappy noname (and I do not care all, the server has not become worse).
Indeed, there is some sense to take the case of thicker metal, when put in this enclosure two or more HDD. IN the aforementioned WIN in every way I am like, a long time choosing it. - Janet.Skiles commented on March 19th 20 at 09:02
Thank you, now I understand that RAID is not a panacea, will choose the casket for backups. - Maia_V commented on March 19th 20 at 09:05
@Janet.Skiles, Thank you very much, liked the version with backups on a separate box, it remains only to choose what. - Maia_V commented on March 19th 20 at 09:08
@Maia_V, I will add that if today I had to collect a similar server would look in the direction of the socket AM4.

Under the backups enough the cheapest PC + disk 2..4 TB. It is also possible to organize a "file dump" for users. - Janet.Skiles commented on March 19th 20 at 09:11
@Janet.Skiles, but in the first Assembly you have on the 500GB hdd, I understand it is not mandatory, is enough for me and one for SSD 1TB? - Maia_V commented on March 19th 20 at 09:14
@Maia_V, in principle, Yes. But the 1TB SSD is expensive. They're gradually getting cheaper, they don't need to bring a large supply, it will be cheaper now to take 250-500 GB (and it probably will be enough, if not to score junk like Linux distributions, backup files,.. on the SSD everything should work every day from morning to evening), after 2 years replace with 500-1000 GB, and even this "old" SSD, removed from the server, put someone of the users and it will last a few years, and the user will be satisfied. Only SSD to a server it is necessary to choose more accurate, than under Ozersky PC. There's a bad (but normal still more). You can read https://3dnews.ru/938764 and on ixbt search tests reviews. - Janet.Skiles commented on March 19th 20 at 09:17

It is not clear - it will be a terminal server for 10 people or not. A file or not.
1S such a thing, which valued the frequency and not the number of cores. If 10 people, then take a normal sistemnik on the i7 and ssd (right now, they cost a penny, almost every day changes).
People will connect to a remote desktop and work with the program.
