This is done at the prototyping stage, and the person who is engaged in the texts is called a "copywriter."

Sometimes these deals designer or marketer but this is a bad practice.

The texts should be prepared before the creation of the design because if you make a design by "fish", after all the design can go from more or less content.

Write correctly: if the first prototypes are made, it is at this stage identified and with the amount of text, discussing all collectively. If no prototypes, the designer is still better to work with ready texts.

For interaction Manager (ideally) or someone acting in his role (much as it will, from Director to designer).

In my experience the titles we offer (at the stage of planning and design), the customer is ruled by them if necessary. Here is more initiative on our side, the customer has the right to make changes.

Detailed texts are written by the customer and provides to the stage of filling. Here the initiative is more on the side of the customer, we have the right to make changes and to offer, if you see that the text is dry and lifeless.

Full text writing a separate servant that is done by journalists on the basis of the interviews a tape recorder.
