Solution
I'm just an idiot..I had the new hosting to just register
MX SITE.RU. 10 mx.yandex.ru.
TXT SITE.RU. v=spf1 redirect=_spf.yandex.ru
But I panicked from the fact that mail stopped working. As I calmed down, I immediately knew why.

Obviously, in the DNS settings to register
MX SITE.RU. 10 mx.yandex.ru.
TXT SITE.RU. v=spf1 redirect=_spf.yandex.ru
It is a sensible and simple solution came to me only after half an hour of panic and downhill circle with the cries of Ah-Ah-Ah-Ah-Ah.
Stupidly did not put on the new host configure zones and not even think about it in this way. - Fiona_McKenzie33 commented on March 19th 20 at 08:57

From the fact that you moved the site does not other hosting site domain has not changed, that means that the DNS settings should not be changed.
Change can set of features available on the hosting. See logs of your site for errors.

When changing hosting, the only difference is the server address that is accessed for information. If the change affected the mail (not open, no access) - try to write in support of Yandex, most likely there can help.
