Form-filter by jQuery. What was missing in the script?

Good afternoon. Is a form two drop-down lists , buttons, and result. That's clearly - https://codepen.io/ilya-vins/pen/BboMmP

Wrote a condition in jQuery that when you select certain values gives 1 of 5 results. The script works only 1 time and never produces the result. Somewhere made a mistake, his eyes already blurry. Is that correct? thank you

Solution
only works 1 time and doesn't display the result

Nonsense. Always works, the result is the same every time.

Replace

jQuery(this).parent().find('.check-year .slct').children('span').text()

on

parseInt(jQuery(this).parent().find('.check-year .slct').text(), 10)
