What programming language is better to write a neural network?

I would be very grateful if you explain why to write a neural network better than that is the language that you recommend.

1) easy to learn
2) quick start
3) lots of libraries associated with it
4) a lot of sources from which to draw information about it + a lot of examples
One of the most inefficient languages. Suitable for students and those who want to try. But easy to learn, Yes, and that makes it so popular. - Lilliana.Jenkins53 commented on March 19th 20 at 08:55
@Lilliana.Jenkins53agree, Python is not as fast as compiled. But to start in the pros climb is clearly not comme Il faut. And in General easier to start with a simple language, so as at once to do something. When the base is normal and understanding that language is just a tool, then all the rest of the way open. Google has officially selected the main language for projects related to neural networks - Swift.
Now it is the main language of the library TensorFlow.

Not surprising. After all, Swift is a programming language, which took the best of the most popular languages and getting rid of all the bad.
