How to render html using flask?

All good!
Sorry for the stupid question, but it does not work :(
There's a flask server that is located in /user/server_dir/server.py and there's a folder that holds the html and css files /usr/other_dir/some_dir/some.html
Using flask as a server /user/server_dir/server.py render /usr/other_dir/some_dir/some.html ?
PS python 2.7

Solution
Templates are searched relative to the root of the project.

1. In the directory with the app create the folder templates to put html.
2. In the application(apparently server.py) import-module templates: from flask import render_template
3. Next to the root directory of the application create such a function:
@app.route('/')
def index():
return render_template('index.html')
