How to pass dynamically added div content using PHP?

Is initially empty div container to which is added information at the click of a button using JQuery, and information filled, the user must be passed to the next page and sent to the bot in telegrams. All information except the dynamically added div content is transmitted, and that is the question: what needs to change/add to the code to make the text from the div is also passed?

<form action="telegram.php" method="post" class="text-center">
 <label for="">the order:</label><br>
 <div class="form-group tg-info text-center" id="cart" name="user_order"></div>
 <button type="submit" class="btn btn-dark btn-sm">Send</button>
 </form>

$('#btn1').click(function(){
 var text = document.getElementById('pos1').innerHTML + '<br>';
$('#cart').append(text);
 });

$order = $_POST['user_order'];

$token = " ";

$chat_id = " ";

$arr = array(
 'The order:' => $order,
);

foreach($arr as $key => $value) {
 $txt .= "<b>".$key."</b> ".$value."%0A";
};
