How to fix the problem ""system" not responding" on Xiaomi?

Happened quite unexpected problem with the Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro: I put it to charge it overnight, woke up and saw on the main screen the following:
5c9cd06d2f189581269650.jpeg
Phone not working but it shows the actual time and amount of charge; also employs touch-sensitive buttons below the display. If you hold down the power button, a menu appears to shutdown/restart, but these functions are also not working. The phone can be rebooted only when long holding the key off. I also tried to go into recovery, but there only opens a window that says fastboot, and in the menu itself it doesn't slide. The phone is quite very hot, if it is enabled in normal mode. I think it's the battery, as this problem arose after a long charge (although previously this was not), and the wire was pretty questionable. Is it possible to fix it by replacing the battery or anything else ?

Reset to factory via recovery using vol+ and off
All the data are erased at the same time ? - Alize_Bei commented on March 19th 20 at 09:07

There are 2 options: Either using recovery to reset to factory settings or flash it. Since I had this problem and I helped only reset.
Why you are having this error, do you know? It was also connected with the battery ? - Alize_Bei commented on March 19th 20 at 09:09
@Alize_Bei, no it had nothing to do with the battery.
I have it too just took and begin to hang. If it would be connected with the battery and after reset it as I have yet to hear what actually occurred. - Madaline.Mull commented on March 19th 20 at 09:12
