How to align groups of vertices in one axis with a rigid binding to the grid?

How to align multiple vertices strictly in one axis? I ask because blender if you select from 3 points if you insert the exact number in Transform -> Medium -> Y strangely assigns this value. Maybe instead of 75 put 73, the point 74, and the third is 74.5. Where it is turned off/on?

Solution
He will answer to your question. You need to choose the settings for Pivot Point (fulcrum) - the Active Element. Then you can align via S - Y/X/Z - 0 at the active point.

Other options we don't really need, because they are aligned to a certain point while retaining the deformation of the object.
