How to get rid of the error "waiting for lock" in TortoiseHG?

More specifically, I know what to do when it occurs. Just remove .wlock turnips, even the batch file written. But the problem POPs up so often that it has frozen, occurs in many reach, often several times per hour when trying to politi\push.
Maybe what setting I missed?
Win8.1., THG version 4.5 with Mercurial 4.5, Python 2.7.13, PyQt-5.9.1, Qt-5.9.2.

In "waiting for lock on repository" , delete the repository file: .hg/wlock (or it can be in .hg/store/lock)
Read not only the title but also the description of the problem :) - Lonie.Considine commented on March 19th 20 at 09:13
