How to use PowerShell to add a picture to an alternative stream?

You need to add an existing image to a stream to a simple text file .txt. Use the following command:
Get-Content -Path "C:\picture.png"| Set-Content -Path "C:\file_stream_0.txt" -Stream MyStream1

The output when trying to view the stream MyStream1 shows something as follows:

@howell_Bosco, just start with the paint option as a path to the picture. - Annamae.Denesik commented on March 19th 20 at 09:21
