What to do if you changed permalinks?

Hello!
Yesterday changed the permalinks on your site. Naturally in results all is lost, can not move.
Have vospolzovalsya plugin Simple 301 redirects (have the old template and the new template there).
Still need to do something to redirections, or just wait for bypass robots?

Download Yandex. The webmaster all pages that are in the index, check for availability (if they're all right redirectet). If a lot of pages, you can use the crawler type Netpeak or Screaming Frog SEO Spider, they are able to massively test the accessibility of pages on the list.
So I advise to create a site map sitemap.xml with new references, and download it to the publisher in the appropriate section.
