UPD: entry you './jsx/app.jsx', and the include path.join(__dirname, 'src'). Carry include. And use in projects only fresh versions of the libraries. Current major version Webpack - 4.

@beryl_Schimmel, why are you using such an old version?
Try to replace the loaders on the rules and carry include you there, as I understand it, the path is incorrect.
