How to make bot support?

That's what I need: people write the bot, and I will answer them on behalf of the bot. Of course, each person has his own chat.
How to implement it?

The Internet is a little confusing, or a lot of extra features.

Just accept the fact that you're a bot and stop sweating.
Cyberpunk has arrived, now people are replaced by robots, and not Vice versa. - Edgar_Paucek commented on March 19th 20 at 09:36

Need the algorithm or code? For example you can. The bot receives a message from a user, it will be sent to you with a note, and the bot remembers who he is which label was assigned. That is, for you it would look something like this: "/1 How to patch from KDE2 under freebsd". To answer this, you will need to start the message with a label and so the bot will know to whom to direct it. After a preset time interval, the label can be detached from the user (or on your command type /1 clear). However, if you write simultaneously to more than 2-3 people, it will be quite easy to get lost in the context and it is difficult to keep in mind who the answer. On the other hand, if you organize the place, then there is even more problems. It seems to me that the idea to organize support so not very relevant, if you can at one time to write a few people.
