How to see the text of database records in the file .accdb(r) in hex editor?

Problem: have lost data on your hard. Backups and restore points there (banged Windods.old through cleaning the disc and the point is also retired).
Using Recuva you pulled the most valuable files in a database .accdr and bookmarks with bookmarks from chrome...
But database does not open, writes that an unknown format (tried different spec.utilities).
Question:
Can I use hex editor to get the text to read data from these files? How?

Solution
If you unsuccessfully tried the built-in function ‘Compact & Repair‘, it is unlikely to recover, since it is a proprietary format.

If Access can't open the file, then most likely there is damage to the internal structure of the file. So, the file is restored correctly.
