And tried using tesseract to extract and screen text, but an error occurred

Solution
Complement the answer of Alexander.

First you need to install the tessaract itself(link Alexander already gave), and then in the python script to specify the path to tessaract'have, in my case it looks like this:
pytesseract.pytesseract.tesseract_cmd = r'C:\Program Files\Tesseract-OCR\tesseract.exe'


After completing these steps, it will work.

Library Python is just a software wrapper for the Tesseract, which is installed separately.
