Where in the browser and in what form to store the data about whether the user is logged in?

Where better to store the data about whether the user is logged in. You want the user should not have to enter your login details.

Solution
Cookies or localstorage
Can be stored in the token, for example, rather than just logged in or not.
And checked what is the user hiding behind this token should the server be sure. Not the browser.
