Reply keyboard markup how to implement in Python?

Welcome to all and just wanna skip to the chase.
Now make a bot for TG and there is a need to make Reply keyboard instead of Inline.
Read the documentation of several libraries and could not find a solution.
Googled but failed to find wide results are.
Seen that it's possible to resolve this issue for JS, but the necessary knowledge for implementation do not have.
Please help in question or at least reply whether it is possible to generally pull off this with Python.

Solution
library telebot

sample code of my bot:

@bot.message_handler(commands=['start']) #/start - Main menu
def handle_start(message):
user_markup = telebot.types.ReplyKeyboardMarkup(True, False)
user_markup.row('Training', 'Technique exercises')
user_markup.row('Tips', '/end')
bot.send_message(message.from_user.id, 'Welcome to..', reply_markup=user_markup)
Thanks, Sam from telebot-om work and the documentation did not notice what may well, or my English failed.

@si, I did lessons on YouTube watched, where people briefly dismantled the basic functions of telebot:) - rand commented on March 20th 20 at 11:47
