How to use a remote PC as proxy (not white IP)?

Good day!
There is a remote user PCs that are physically located in another country. This PC has full access via TeamViewer.
OS: Windows 10 x64, the PC is behind a NAT provider.
On certain web resources can come only from the country of domicile this PC.
In fact arose the need to use this PC for tunneling (proxying) of my http traffic.
A few days unsuccessfully trying to configure Teamviewer VPN, but are unable to get a response from the remote PC.

Please tell me - are there any software (or other) solution to this problem?

Ask your provider white IP wired providers is usually no problem to distribute, the price tag will be a small excess of 50 60рублей a month to pay.
If it is impossible - try Softether he in many cases can establish a VPN connection between two computers behind NAT using your relay.

If it does not - hire the cheapest VPS server with white IP, put in it the same Softether is already guaranteed to earn.
