Why GitHub Pages not updating content?

All kind time of day! I made my terrible portfolio and put it on GitHub Pages, but now made some changes, sent them on GitHub, they came, but the site is not displayed(( In what may be the problem?

Solution
Because there is such a thing called cache. Used on cdn github.

You should receive a green check next to the information about the commit.
Means that there are no errors
