How to set configuration files in Docker container( like Apache, for example)?

How to set configuration files in Docker container( like Apache, for example)?
If I uploaded the image zendframework_web, and installed the database, there must be way to the database , and the configuration of Apache...
But why is the team not showing it to me:
docker run-h zendframework_web -it ubuntu bash
I go to the image itself, and not see the directory /etc/apache2 .... why is that?
similarly, /var/lib/mysql ....
although adminer open on port 127.0.0.1:6080/....

View about the connection of volume (the-v argument is like when you run the command docker run). Otherwise the data will be savrseni container.
And the path in the image to the application may differ from the standard, to which you are accustomed.

docker ps
 docker exec -it ID_CONTAINER sh

this will come in handy, killed a lot of time...
